At Dorval, elegance starts at the root.

Our estate-grown philosophy is grounded in regenerative, natural farming, shaping every vintage from the ground up. Throughout the growing season, we rotate 18 vineyard blocks across three distinct high elevation sites to maintain balance, biodiversity, and vitality.

 

We farm 16 varietals, but Mother Nature decides which ones become wine each year. Some seasons we craft all 16; in others, we choose fewer. Weather, chemistry, and craftsmanship guide every decision, ensuring that each harvest represents our finest selections.
