This beautiful space is many things. First, Austen & Alina's Garden represents entrepreneurship, proof that young people are more capable than they often get credit for and the pursuit of longevity.

Our food garden's are large organic food garden spaces that integrates food, ornamental landscape, an artistic edge and nourishes both body and mind. Guests are permitted to sit in our bistro area nestled next to this living space. Shoppers must first check-in before entering the garden space and pay a small toll-fee if only observing. For shoppers - you  can choose from a list of seasonal items on the menu and carefully pick your crop. Wine Members get preferential pricing.

Our food garden reflects the same care and balance found in our vineyards and olive groves. We cultivate a rotating selection of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and heirloom fruits alongside free-range hens that provide fresh eggs daily. Grown regeneratively and organic we always try to harvest at peak flavor.

 

Our produce nourishes both the land and our table-offering guests a true taste of the estate's rhythm and the changing seasons.
