In the fall of 2025 we start the process of building out our new wine making cellar which will allow us to expand the current tasting room into one heck of a venue. Members and guests can expect to enjoy an expanded tasting bar, loads of table top seating and more.

The name Frenchy's comes from my grandpa who helped craft my fondest memories as a child in Wisconsin. Frenchy was originally from DORVAL QUEBEC and loved the outdoors, baking and working in the kitchen. Every morning at 4AM he would make homemade sausage and bread. Frenchy's will have a variety of French inspired offerings including a robust charcuterie service, loads of dried meats, cheeses and French deli style sandwiches, and a library of international wines from Italy and France.

Inspired by the name DORVAL we will be building out a robust artisan pizza service sure to please our members and guests year round.

Olive Grove and Olive Oil

In the winter of 2025 we are planting an olive grove with Tuscan, Spanish and Greek varietals.
