Indemnification
You agree to the fullest extent permitted by law to indemnify and hold DORVAL harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind including any and all legal fees arising out of: your breach of this agreement, any activity in which you engage on and any of your violations of any law or the rights of a third party.
It is assumed by DORVAL that “Users” have read, understand and agree to all of our terms and conditions.
