I understand that while red wines may offer health benefits, excessive consumption can lead to severe medical issues or even death. I acknowledge that Dorval Estate Winery, along with its owners, partners, officers, employees, vendors, and affiliates, cannot be held responsible for alcohol poisoning resulting from overconsumption or any adverse reactions due to the interaction of alcohol with medications.

I am solely responsible for arranging safe transportation to and from Dorval. Dorval is not responsible for any and all incidents whether on-site or off-site. You are strongly advised by Dorval to coordinate safe and sober transportation. You are further advised that Dorval is not liable or responsible for any and all accidents or deaths related to drunk driving, or physical injuries or deaths on-site or off-site while under the influence or not under the influence of alcohol.

Furthermore, I am aware of the government warning regarding alcohol consumption during pregnancy and its potential impacts on driving ability and overall health. I understand that Dorval's wines may contain sulfites, and I am advised to consult with a licensed medical physician regarding any concerns.

Regarding wine membership, I understand that Dorval will automatically charge my bank, credit, or debit card for dues beyond my initial sign-up, and that dues may vary based on factors such as but not limited to; varietal type, age of the wine, inflation, vendor price changes, taxes and more. Membership dues are not fixed prices and will fluctuate as necessary.

Dorval reserves the right not to serve any guests for any reason at anytime.
